On regular stays, we have a minimum two-night stay, Please note, our regular check in days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our pods are designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 17) so please bear this in mind when booking.
We are now open for bookings for 2024. The site will be open from February 1st 2024. We will be operating a minimum two-night stay policy, and our flat rate will be £150 per pod per night. You will be able to choose from a Monday, Wednesday or Friday check in. Our various rates and seasons can be found below:
Bank Holidays: Minimum three-night stay, £160 per pod per night.
Easter Holidays: Minimum two-night stay, £160 per pod per night.
May Half Term: Minimum three-night stay, £160 per pod per night.
July High Season (1st July -21st July): Minimum two-night stay, check in on Mondays , Wednesdays and Fridays, £160 per pod per night.
Summer Holidays (21st July-30th August): Minimum three-night stay, check in on Mondays and Fridays, £160 per pod per night.
One small, well-behaved dog is permitted in our Wigeon pod at an additional cost of £20 per stay. Please make sure you select this pod if you are planning to bring a dog with you. Please note, should you wish to bring two dogs, you will need prior approval – please contact us.
Upon making the booking more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of 30% of the total cost is required.
Cancellations made greater than 6 weeks to arrival will lose the deposit and booking agent fee. Cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before to arrival will lose the deposit, 50% of the balance payment and the booking agent fee. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund is payable.
