On regular stays, we have a minimum two-night stay. Alternatively, if you would like to book over the phone, please call Kate on 07702 590604. Our pods are designed to accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 17) so please bear this in mind when booking.
2026 rates
Our rates are based on a weekly price, with nightly rates calculated as a proportion of the weekly rate. The longer you stay, the lower the cost per night.
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights, with standard check-in days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
During the summer holidays, the minimum stay is 3 nights, with check-ins available on Mondays and Fridays only.
If you would like a different check-in day or are interested in a stay that falls outside our standard booking policies, please get in touch. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Availability
Pets
Up to two small, well-behaved dogs are permitted in our Wigeon pod at an additional cost of £20 per dog per stay. Please make sure you select this pod if you are planning to bring a dog(s) with you.
Occupancy
Our pods are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (aged 17 and under).
We are also happy to welcome families of 5, including those travelling with a baby or young child. However, please note that each pod contains one king-size bed and one set of bunk beds, and we do not provide travel cots. If booking for 5 guests, please ensure you are comfortable with the sleeping arrangements for the additional child before making your reservation.
If you are booking for a family of 5, you will need to select 2 adults and 2 children during the booking process and then please mention this when completing your booking, thank you.
Deposit
Upon making the booking more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of 30% of the total cost is required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made greater than 6 weeks to arrival will lose the deposit and booking agent fee. Cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before to arrival will lose the deposit, 50% of the balance payment and the booking agent fee. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund is payable.
