To ensure our accommodation is Covid-secure all pods receive a deep clean and sanitation of all areas by one designated cleaner. Each unit has been treated with Enviro-Safe creating a touch safe zone by killing harmful viruses and bacteria, the treatment is scientifically proven to provide a 28-day anti-microbial protective shield. In addition, we have no shared facilities on site, each pod has its own en-suite and kitchenette. We only have 3 units on site, each of which are situated a 25m distance from one another ensuring that you do not need to come into contact with other guests during your stay with us. The accommodation is self check-in but we are available via phone if you have any questions or need any help with anything.
Please Note – if you have any of the following symptoms prior to your stay, or you feel unwell during your stay with us, please contact us immediately:
– A high temperature
– A new, continuous cough
– A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Government regulations regarding COVID-19 are being frequently updated. In particular, the guidance on who can and cannot travel and stay overnight in accommodation has changed, please make sure you are following the current guidelines.
What happens if I am not allowed to travel due to Covid-19 restrictions?
Should this apply to you, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will work with you to re-arrange your booking to alternative dates. Please note, if you choose to rebook a date where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, or a 3 night minimum stay period, you WILL be subject to the additional prevailing rate of the stay.
Please note, we will NOT be offering refunds should this occur. You will be subject to our standard cancellation policy should you wish to proceed with cancelling.
We strongly advise taking out travel insurance when booking to cover this.
What happens if Millview Meadow Glamping is forced to shut due to Covid-19 restrictions and my booking cannot be fulfilled?
You will be contacted should this occur. We will initially work with you to try and reschedule your booking for alternative dates. Please note, if you choose to rebook a date where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, or a 3 night minimum stay period, you WILL be subject to the additional prevailing rate of the stay.
If you wish to proceed with cancelling your booking, we will be offering full refunds (minus the booking fee) should this situation occur.
